Tip:
Instead of using Dymo tape for your sentiment, cut a strip of coloured card to the same width of the tape and feed through the machine to punch your message out.  To enhance the text further, gently sand the letters so that the white core of the card can be seen.

Tip:
When using two different types of patterned paper on your card, adhere ribbon over the join.

Tip:
Double-sided tape is ideal for adhering grosgrain ribbon to your project.

Tip:
To gain the effect of the ‘DAD’ text, adhere letter stickers to coloured card then randomly press your ink pad over the letters.  Finally peel off the letter stickers.
